How to become a KiSoft connect software partner
Once you have decided to become a software partner, our comprehensive onboarding program begins. Our top priority is to prepare you optimally to work with our software. Therefore, in addition to theoretical and practical training, a joint pilot project is included in your onboarding.

1. Training
The first part of your onboarding consists of theory and practical examples, which will quickly get you started with our products. The focus is different depending on the software product but you can expect training in the following areas:
- Sales
- Integration & Implementation
- Configuration & Development
- Operation & Service
- Upgrades & Updates
In order to offer you the best possible value, the training courses are held in person by our highly qualified trainers. Of course, electronic content and e-learning are also made available.
2. Pilot project
Once you have successfully completed the training, the joint pilot project follows. This is on-the-job training, where we accompany you on your first customer project.
Of course, you are the primary contact for your customer, but we will support you all the way in the background to make the project a success.
From support in the sales process, through the selection of a suitable pilot project, to the implementation of the project, we will be your partner.
3. Certification
As soon as the joint pilot project has been successfully completed, nothing stands in the way of certification as a KiSoft connect software partner. As a certified KiSoft connect partner, you may now independently sell, implement and service the software products you have selected for your end customers.
Your account manager will continue to support you even after onboarding has been completed. Of course, you also have the option of obtaining services from our extensive service catalog at any time.
